In the palms of your hands, imagine what your ball of energy would look like.

Now open your eyes. What did you see? What parts of yourself did you project out into the universe that makes you… well, you.

Is it made up of conversations around the people who inspire you? The way you shine your smile when you are at your happiest or when facing the toughest times? Is it how you pull yourself together? Your energy is everything that you are and who you are striving to be. Your actions, your ideas and your creativity. Your vibe, your presence and all that you stand for.

The energy ball that you have created is a replica of the power that you hold at the touch of your fingertips. Every action and choice in your life has an equal and opposite reaction of the people you meet and who is brought into your life. All because of the exerted force of your invisible ball of energy. You attract the same energy that you put into this world.

You have the ability to take control of the people in your life, by being true to yourself and your vitality. Embracing yourself in receiving and shining the light within you will benefit not only your emotional freedom, but also help nourish healthy relationships in your life. The more you fill your ball of energy with joy, mindfulness and kindness, there will be less space for negativity, cruelty and unwanted energy.

However, the only person who holds the power to influence what energy is put into your orb is yourself. Don’t waste time on people, places or things that drain your energy or feel the need to keep giving when you owe it to yourself to keep your mental and physical health of that ball of energy happy and healthy.

  1. Take all of the space and time that you need.

  2. Disconnect from the technology world when things get overwhelming.

  3. Allow yourself to say “no”.

  4. Distance yourself from people who drain you.

  5. Communicate to people when you need a break. You owe it to yourself.

  6. Do not hesitate to ask for help. You do not have to go through anything alone.

If you say or do good things and project that out to the universe, it will have your back. Learn how to maintain relationships with others and yourself through your ball of energy. You deserve the same amount of effort that you put in. Keep that imagery out in front of you, and the universe and yourself will thank you.
