As someone who struggles with anxiety, accepting uncertainty has never been my forte. The constant uncertainties of this year, among other things, have been quite a challenge. This trying time has allowed me to understand that there are few things in this life that are in fact certain. I’ve discovered the opportunity to connect with my center and seek out what certainties I hold within myself.

Directing my energy towards my truth and intention provides a solace of stillness within life’s waves of change. I aim to embrace uncertainties in grace, with clarity in mind and heart, and an openness to evolving my life’s narrative.

My hope is these journal prompts bring you comfort, confidence and courage to welcome life’s flows in your truest form. And that you can trust your instincts to lead you where you’re meant to go.

Much love, Alana

I am worthy of showing up as my true self in all space.

In each obstacle I have overcome, where have I drawn my source of strength?

Who in my support circle can I lean on to lift me higher in times of struggle?

What truths about myself do I commit to in all chapters of my life?

Speaking my intentions with clarity starts a dialogue with the universe and her magic.

What do I desire most in this new chapter of life?

How can I practice better listening to my intuition?

What fears are holding me back & how can I work towards letting them go?

The silver lining in this transition will unfold itself as I deepen my awareness of each gratitude,  no blessing too big or too small.

What am I most grateful for?

In myself, my community, my environment, my story?

How can I embrace this shift as a catalyst for my new narrative?
